These terms govern the text message (SMS) program operated by Un Peu Brands LLC ("UnPeu", "we", "us"). By opting in you agree to them.
What you are signing up for
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we will send you recurring automated marketing text messages about product launches, early access, offers and order updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming you have been removed. You can also email info@unpeu.us and ask to be removed.

Carriers and devices
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all mobile devices or handsets are supported.
Your phone number is not sold or shared
We do not sell, rent or share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are shared only with the service providers that run the messaging program on our behalf (currently Klaviyo), and only so those messages can be delivered.
How we collect your number
We collect mobile numbers through the sign-up forms on our website, our early-access waitlist and at checkout. Each opt-in is recorded with the date, time and the page on which it was given.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorised user of the mobile number you provide.
