Refund & Return Policy

UnPeu debut is a small-batch fragrance released in a single limited run. Alcohol-based fragrance is a regulated flammable liquid that cannot be safely or legally sent back through the mail, so our policy is built around never asking you to return a bottle.

Unopened bottles: If your bottle is still sealed and unused, email us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. You do not need to ship it back to us.

Opened bottles: For health and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance cannot be returned or refunded, unless it arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email info@unpeu.us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund. You do not need to send anything back.

Please do not mail fragrance back to us. Alcohol-based fragrance is classified as a hazardous material and cannot be sent through the mail without special declaration and packaging. We will never ask you to return a bottle, and you should never post one to us.

How to request a refund: Email info@unpeu.us with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Email info@unpeu.us as soon as you can and we will cancel and refund in full.
