The United States only. A small number of remote Alaska ZIP codes are reachable only by air, and fragrance has to travel by ground, so we cannot deliver there. If your address is one of them we will email you and refund in full.

Not at this time. Fragrance travels as a regulated ground shipment, which carriers cannot route to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses.

No. Alcohol-based fragrance is classed as a flammable liquid and cannot be sent through the international mail. We ship within the United States only.

If your bottle is still sealed and unused, email us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. You do not need to ship it back to us. Opened or used bottles cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.
